Need some PHP work done

Hey there! I recently saw that you were offering free basic work on PHP and some other work, and decided to give it a try, see if you could help me out.

So what I need done is to have some xml info parsed onto a table so it shows on a page. Take this site for example; www.cause4alarm.net

I'm trying to achieve what they have under 'Our Servers' as the top block on their site. Displaying just those things. Would it be possible?

Here are the XML info just in case.

Server 1:
