Need help with the Ige folder

I dont know if this would go here since Im new. I cant get pass the first race and from googleling it seems as i need the Ige folder so could anyone tell me how or where to get it.

I'v heard that IGE files come with a no-cd hack to make cracked copys work, so you won't get any help here.
