TDU crashes when i start a new game

I have a problem.

 

I installed TDU, the games starts perfectlly. I can choose a character but just when the picture goes to the car rental place, the game crashes.

I have tried different cracks (the game isn´t original) and still doesn´t work.

 

Any Suggestions?
