Here is the result of 54 polygons for the side shell, but according z-modeler tutorials most cars should have 1000-2000 polygons. I will add more to the car after I get the full layout.

54 for the side, I'm guessing maybe 200 for the back and probably about 300 for the front just for the base layout.

You need to go WAY higher.

 

Some of the Forza 3 models are well over 100,000 triangles.

 

Basically once you get your textures set up, you can keep increasing the polycount until TDU crashes, then back it down just a bit.
