game wont run, black box

help!

ive brought the dvd rom version. it installs fine but when i click on the .exe file it comes up with a small black box followed by a larger black box and then nothing happens just like in this video (

) . i realy want to get on this game but this box thing is pissing me off! :/

im waiting on tdu2 and have not tried running on my 64bit, but others should be able to help ;)

I don't think your computer is powerful enough, what graphics card do you have?

after reading i went and dug TDU out and installed no problems and running win7 64bit ultimate its been a while and it still looks great except i have to start again doh

I have that small black box thing too, but mine works fine after that. It might be your graphics card. Do you know which one you have?

You've either got integrated graphics, or a graphics device that doesn't support Pixel shader 2.0 or above.
