any ways i think itd b pretty awesome to have more animals. the birds are nice but some more of them and more insects and deer and junk would be sweeet. ow lol and if u could buy a dog and have him ride shotgun, sometimes stickin his head out the window w tongue hangin out haha

 

if theye gonna add anything tho id like some pedestrians. iv noticed the lack of them really brings the game down due to immersion issues.

everything else is perfect but, cuz of no peds crappy old GTA IV with its crappy boat cars and weak gfx is still more immersive in a way :(

Its a racing game not some social "sims" place.

 

Well it's not just a racing game. Social is the "big thing" in major games today. Look at the nfs they have built a whole "facebook" into them.

 

I think they did not go "sim" enough. They should have had furniture stores in the game and left the houses unfurnished and allowed us to furnish our own homes. They should have had a pet store in the game and allowed us to choose our own pets. They should have allowed us more interaction with our environment, like swimming in the pools, playing billiards(pool tables), Darts boards that we could use, ect... I cant get over how Eden thought a casino was a good idea, but all these other things where not.

No we all have not ditched the game. I am a die hard TDU 2 supporter and there are many people still playing and will continue. People love a "come-back-kid" and if/when Atari/Eden stop their scwabbling and make the changes, adjustments, fixes, and add more content, the people will come back.

Atari is all greedy companies, if they see making more money on the game it will continue to support it. With me being a PC only gamer, we know how it feels to be, on the tail in of things and in many cases, all together left out. It's to bad, us platform specific fanatics often times revel in the fact, that a game and/or its content and/or feature is exclusive to their platform of choice. They fail to consider, it will be them getting left out in the near future.

The fact, that you are still posting on a TDU and TDU2 fansite, shows that you have not given up on the game. I also like the HC mode and think it should have been the default driving engine with arcade as an option for those who so choose. It would have been the best of both world.

I said the same thing when I let go of the nfs franchise, and I found it hard to let go also.
