You are the one that can't read! That post is from 2008. Current version is 1.16.

little and the last TDUMT, 1.16, is now available. ;)

 

Get it at known locations (see first post in case of).

 

There won't be any 1.17, as it's time to play TDU2 now. Maybe later for new adventures ! :p

I don't remember the older version having any "special abilities" that the most current version doesn't have, as a matter of fact, it would be greatly behind the curve.

 

Maybe you should update your TDU patch version instead of looking for out of date tools.
