Is there a cruise control mod or is it possible to make one some how?

No there isn't and no it isn't.

There isn't one and shouldn't be. I've been speed limit driving on TDU for years. Never had a need for one.

I thought all the truck simulators like Euro Truck simulators had cruise control?? Well that said, it isn't exactly the most developed cruise control (once you hit the cruise control key, you can't alter the speed or it will be disabled), but as far as I know, it does exist to some extent in specific games. I could be wrong though. I just remember something like cruise control in those games....

 

But yeah anyway, it doesn't exist in TDU2 :p

I was just wondering. I mean someone made a file that you can alter the in game cam around to where ever you like, so I thought maybe a simple 'hold speed' button mod was possible heh.

I think, imo anyway, it could be useful. Like on them missions where all u gotta do is transport the car/hitchhiker someplace with no time limit, or if u just wanna cruse easily..

Yeah I'm with you, I think that it would be awesome if it were in the game. I always try to drive normally with indicators etc but I always end up flooring it then crashing. Cruise control would help with this 'habbit' :p

I support this idea. One of my favorite cars now is the Beetle... because it has a speed limit of 121 km/h. Perfect for cruising!
