Help! 3.0 Shader problem

Hi everyone and thx for reading this,

I have played on tdu2 for many months now and two weeks ago i went on holiday and on coming back i thought of checking my drivers for graphics card (i have an ati hd5770 1gB). I installed the drivers and launched tdu2 right after it had finished only for it to say this:

Your system does not meet the minimum requirements.

 

Minimum Requirements: graphics device with Shaders "3.0"

I am really annoyed by this because they were the latest drivers on ati's site

Uninstall those drivers and install your old ones? Worth a try, I guess. :)

I've just done what u said and it worked. Took loads of time tho searching the net for the old driver that I had installed back in 2010

What are your computer specs? Has the game worked for you before or is this the first time you are playing it?

Also what gpu do you have and have you tried updating drivers/direct x?

Is the first time in this computer. I try to install new drivers and directx but it say that they are the newest. It's a winXP pro service pack 3 (32 bits), Intel core 2 duo 2,33ghz, 2gb ram, the graphic card is a ATI radeon x300/x500/x1000 series...

edit.: I try to install a old drivers version too, but it say that there aren't any backup of them in the system. Sorry my bad english.

As far as i found out your gpu supports only shadermodel 2.0 you need a new one if you want to play it.

oh, tdu2 totally discarded then... Can I play tdu 1 without problems in these computer?

You should be able to if your gpu has at least 256mb ram then rest of the specs are good for it.
