Change rims (tires) position on car mods

I was wondering if there is posibility to make a program that would only change rim position on car mods.

 

If that would be possible we would be able to replace every modded car with every car in the game.

But have no tool for that.

can you please explaine i am not that experienced so dont know what you mean by mem editing, like just guessing and replacing do you mean that or?

There is a tool to do it but it works only while you are in the game,

what I want to say is when you exit game and go in again you

must do it all over again, like VooDooShamane said it is memory

editing so it is not permanent.

ooh that sucks, i know it is also possible with Zmodeler but as i said i am not verry high skilled so i dont know how to use it.

 

Than maybe just wait till someone comes up with anothe solution
