Do anyone knows what these (1,2,3 and green) buttons are for?

Seat position. you can store seat (and possibly mirror) position in those 3 buttons.

Memory button, it allows you to store the current position on one of the 3 buttons.

So you adjust your seat, press the green button, and then one of the number buttons to store.

And if you want to move the seat to that position, just hold the button you assigned it to :)
