How comes no one hasn't tried to mod mythical videogame cars into the game?

I know, i know, there's some kind of pleasure on driving real branded cars in a game like TDU2, but after all these years i'm still wondering... Why haven't we seen mods that brings into the game cars like the Devil 13 or Aquila, or maybe Xtreme G bikes or... i don't know, there has been SO MANY mythical fictional vehicles in videogames history that, seeing how flexible is TDU2 modding, it's strange to me seeing that no one tries to bring them to the game.

 

Inb4 if i want them i should try to do it myself, but i'm not asking to do it, i'm wondering. It just feels strange to me.
