making mods for TDU

Hi guys :)

I have some questions, let me write it.

I was not playing TDU last 1 year. So, I do not know any news.

1. is it possible to use Forza 2 cars for making mods for TDU ?

2. is it possible to use forza 2 sounds for TDU cars sound ? or which original file you need to make TDU sound ? for example to record real engine sound and after make it for TDU ?
