Car's rarity, cant edit

So, i've added like ten new cars to my game, and with the newest one i have big problem. Basically, its a classic car (copied from 69 stingray), but ive edited it's rarity to 1, yet i cant change colors/rims/anything, because in-game it doesnt appear as a typical car, that is always available (rarity=1). Idk how to edit it?

To get customization options, one's need to put a rarety-less car to a dealer which has no rare cars, already.
