If no definative rule has been typed (which it hasn't) then Photoshopping is allowed up until the rules change imo

 

If you feel that your picture is not as good as the Shopped ones, then just download Picasa 2, it's free, very easy to use and produces very good effects. So really, if you want to stand a better chance of winning, then its very easy to mod a picture, if you can be bothered. Which is why I feel it should be allowed, as we spend more time on the pictures therefore our end results are far greater than normal.

- Preferably no borders, but a simple one is fine, nothing to extravegant however.

 

I thought it would be obvious that the rules from the first PotW carried over to each new vote but I guess not. I don't see anything wrong with any of the entrants though, just brightening a photo doesn't make it a better photo, just easier to see, anyone can do it, you don't need specialist software, there's plenty of free software on the internet if you look for it.

I know the rules carry on each week *rolls eyes*, it's just that there were no definative rules about photoshopping in the first post, as u said only about borders. And I agree with the last bit, makes things simple :)
