Ace Combat 6: Videos

This is a game all about fighter jets and dogfights and carnage in the skies so I thought "what the hell?!" let's see what can be achieved with some Top Gun inspiration, and I hope just like me this makes you smile especially around the 4min+ mark.

 

Note: I faded out quite sharply at the end so as not to spoil an interesting part of this mission for those who haven't done it yet. :D

Noticed the Song name the Second time I watched it, Fancy making the final Dogfight scene? Get 2 of us in Mig lookalikes and 2 in F-14's?

That would be a cool thing to do, I would need to watch that again to remember how it goes though. On another note I have noticed more people playing this now, word seems to be getting out, I was playing the 2nd coop with a bunch of brits and they were like "wth is that thing!?" at the Aiganon (sp?) and I was like "heavn't you guys finished the SP yet?!" and one guy said "yeah I'm near the end, I'm on mission 7 now" and I laughed and said "There's 15 missions! Honestly I thought it was a short campaign but man I was wrong and you meet these guys at mission 9 and oh you'll love that!".

 

Then there was silence. lol

A tip for the first mission is fly under 500ft to take out the ships but watch out for missles, you get a real buzz flying the low and dodging a missle.

I really want Ace Combat 6 to come to PC. Even though I havn't completed Squadron Leader (whcih ever number that was) on PS2.

Probably because it's only 160kbps compared to the others which are 192-256kbps. Also remember it's compressed with mp3 and then youtube itself converts it to mono from stereo.
