Need help on something... Remember when I showed you guys in my photomode thread the color of the interior of my viper? If not just go there and see it. Well I need help on that now cause at first I thought it was cool but it appears that something wrong has gone with my common_car.bnk file. Every car that is supposed to have a red interior is automaticly orange now, AND ITS UGLY. Example: Mercedes SLR, Corvette Z06, Ascari KZ1

 

Ive already tried changing the common_car.bnk file but it didnt work.

You already tried to use a back-up of the original file? Cause you did do a back-up, didn't you?

ummmm... not really....... but like I said before, Ive already tried changing difrent common_car.bnk files, it always stay the same way

What .2db file did you change ?

Common_car.bnk changes all the player cars (for numberplate changing for example)

Me thinks that if you want just the Viper, you have to get the Viper file

Just so you know, that means all of your mods will be put back to default.

nope, Im not reinstalling, and its not just the viper interior that I want, I want every red interior to come back to normal. I changed the common car files so many times that it must of affected something. I dont know

If you want the commoncar.bnk, download the one with your plate in, that /lttle-Ghost made :) That way you wont get anyone else's plate. Then see f that fixes it. If not I'll send you the viper interior. When I get on my PC.

yes, but it didnt work, I guess Ill never have my black interior back. I really dont want to reinstall TDU, I just have too much mods.

What actually is wrong with the viper? I re-read the above, and can't seem to work it out. If you go to the (stock) paint shop (not delux), then you can change the interior colour! A nice trick I found. If you hover your mouse over the exterior colour you want, then move your mouse off, then on again, the interior colour changes :)

Ill try but the problem is that the interior of my viper changed to tan, and theres no more red interiors in any cars, only orange, every red interior has been changed to orange.
