Hey guys. I've made these videos this evening. I got amused watching various videos on YouTube with the chipmunk voices so I made some videos of my own. I edited the song using Audacity. ;)

 

Most of you wouldn't know these songs, I hope you still listen to them. Hope you guys enjoy them.

 

(None of these are heavy metal with growling, just a little heads up.)

What settings did you use for these or do you vary per song? I've done Violet Hill by Coldplay and it sounds really cool yet strange but it's good to see what others are using also.

it's pretty simple. i just highlighted the entire track in the timeline, clicked "effects" in the menubar and then select "change pitch". normally when the pop up window for the pitch opens, it'll select a higher pitch as default usually 91% increase in pitch so i just select the default. i tried fiddling with higher and started to sound bad.
