nice car, really impressed with the Proto. I tried it on the Skyline and imo i think the best car to replace. The Interior fits well as well and just need a bit of work on it, at the end of the day its just the GT-R Logo's we interested in. doesnt need to be exactly like the original car. i also got a screenshot of the mirror bug Djey spotted. It appears just painted and not like other mirrors.

I cant get mirrors to work :D If you look at my other cars they all don't have mirrors.. I haven't figured out to get them working yet. :(

I am very new to the community and to TDU (so I am a bit of a noob). I don't really understand how to do this process so this GTR replaces the normal skyline ingame. So can somebody who has successfully completed the process post there file?

question for tool and Djey, (offtopic really )

is there a way to change the performance of a car, i.e increase its top speed and other stats. i mean iknow its been discussed as cheating and so on but i could give it a go if its possible and check whether its playable taht way online, (without D/c or getting banned, beta tester kinda thing, coz if i replace this car with the skyline its a bit slow performance wise ~30mph slower on the skyline stg3 upgrade. and i dont wanna replace any other cars really, wanna keep all Nissans in the Nissan Showroom

at the end of the day, i wouldnt mind getting banned from playing online coz i cant really play or cruise online, too much lagg and laggers and rubbish servers anyways.

I've never tried that solution, but if you really don't mind getting banned....

you can do this : swap the .btrq file in Proto's BNK with another .btrq from Saleen S7 for example.

Use bnk editor or TDU Modding Tools.

Soz Djey but it didnt work, skyline performance stays the same. idk we might be able to find something out from The Mattins thread when we crack the database, coz i think its from there taht things can be changed.

or having said that, i believe i might have done something wrong for it not to work. topic end. NO more discussion on this here. !!

The Skyline was replaced succesfully. Some job would remain with the interior but I think I'll keep it 'as is' despite that.
