problem- somebody please help

ok i sent a thread already, but i still cant get this thing to work. iv read the intructions to install and tried everything but nothing seems to work. after installing the mega pack a window to enter the serial number comes up, when i enter the cd key from the e mail they sent me nothing happens. I suppose some sort of intallation should take place but nothing happens!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Go to the tdu website for support, or look for the phone number in the folder with TDU. Are you sure you bought it from atari? No ebay etc... or whatever. If you got a crappy conncetion then it's normal.

i got it from eurogamer.com, i think thats alrite as well? iv got adsl its supposed to work

I dont know because i really dont know that site. It's not about what internet you have, but if its good enough. When you didn't had the Mega Car Pack were you able to play online?

no, "it tells me failure to connect please check netwok status," whAT does that mean? i think the problem is in the installation of the megapack, i dont think it installed. is there supposed to be some intallation after you enter the cd key?

I dont think that's the problem. I though you get a other message. Probably your internet that's to slow

no it still said failed to connect, and no this is my first game online. i am trying to uninstall the megapack and install just the patch, but i cant seem to uninstall it as the cars are still there on the offline game, and when i search for megapack fils it gives me no results.

i have the same problem i installed the megapack and then i wern't able to play online. i was before butthen when i installed the mega pack it went. i installed the whole game again and still i wernt able to play:(
