Numbers don´t matter. It´s just important that the swiss plate says "ZH" and the Liechtenstein plate says "FL".

i had crash to desktop with both plates - they were 24k too big...didn´t work. :/

1. Install TDU modding tools 1.15

2. Go in "File browser"

3. Go in directory "Vehicules"

4. Choose "Common_car.bnk"

5. Replace "plate" & "ws_plate" with the files in rar archive

 

Thats how I did it & it work fine for me as you can see from pictures I have taken.

You probably use BNK file editor, when I used it I had the same problem.
