Hey! Here is a simple tool made by speeder during early stages of Project Paradise (2014 if I remember correctly). As far as I know it is quite lost as I asked Speeder about it a few years ago (probably 4 years ago, time flies) and he didn't have it. It is usefull to unlock all the roads and that's what I used it for. I don't remember it being uploaded somewhere else than the original TDU France forum.
