You really have a penchant for the underdog don't you cal? I applaud you for it actually and I agree that it was quite remarkable to see Welch manage to get the car onto the grid, though I did see Rob Austin offered to lend him Sherman which I thought was equally brilliant and shows the respect a lot of the drivers have for one another. The speed they hang on through that chicane is something else for sure and it is a real testament to Dunlop that the tyres don't just give out after more than 20 hard laps of it. I don't tend to bother watching the Formula races, I did have it muted in the background and glanced to see a replay of the fisticuffs and am I right in thinking those two were on the same team too? Maybe I heard that wrong. And that is unbelievable that you were turned down for grid model. I mean look at that smile and those legs. You were born for the role mate! :p These teams man, I don't know what they're thinking in turning you down.

I despise most YouTubers and I find it funny how some people are saying things about people like Shhhmee but seemingly idolise others who do the same or are even worse! That Race 2 at Knockhill was immense! Such an epic drive from Matt Neal to claw his way up the pack and eventually claim the victory. Annoyed with Plato not letting the faster Subaru through and even going as far as trying to back him into the cars behind to stop him from passing, even though they are on the same team! Turkington showed the real class of driver that he is by not pushing or punting Plato out the way, though I doubt many would have said much had he done so. Plato is so for himself that he cannot see past his own reflection compared to 'doing it for the team'. And you can tell he is hurting about not being the first to take the maiden win for TeamBMR Subaru as he tends to mention this a lot! It was thrilling to watch Plato and Turkington at their best though, throwing the cars about and racing hard against one another but it was clear that had Plato let Turks through, that Subaru probably would have had another win and you can see from the interview afterwards with Turks that's what he was wanting to do. Massive thumbs up to Neal taking his Honda from 8th to the front. A great drive on what is usually a very favourable RWD circuit. Big mention also to the support races of the two Ginetta championships. That first Juniors especially that was shown was an absolute belter and makes me easily think we will be seeing some of those names in the next few years in the BTCC and other disciplines.

Nothing to say they couldn't extend the BS to other models though, it's like an extreme version so would make sense. Also before even noticing the mention of Mercedes I thought for a split-second this was a spyshot of a new RS6.

Framing your shot so that when the banner size is taken is a good idea, however I can see how it could result in a worse image in having to do so. Despite this, remember no cropping to the banner size with your entry either. :)

It's a bit of a change we are sure you will agree but the purpose of it is to make it easier for you to know where to post and also in finding topics you are interested in. ONE PLACE FOR IT ALL All driving and racing games discussion in general and subjects that deal with how to go about it (peripherals etc) go in the main Racing Games forum now. Popular titles have prefixes and should be used as clicking on a prefix or using the Thread Filter at the bottom will make it simple to find all similar topics with them. :nods: LET'S RACE!! There is now a dedicated Let's Race! sub-forum for community and member created events, challenges and such where you can join in on whatever is currently open or available. You can also use this section to arrange meets, nights or see what interest there may be in a season-long contest or even a league. Our Forza Time Attack has always been popular and so it would be good to see what other suggestions you have to challenge one another and see who can come out on top. :p Greatest Generation... Older titles as time progresses will be moved to the Archived sub-forum to help keep those older topics able to be viewed if wanted and at the same time free up the main forum for current and up to date topics of discussion. :cool: Mum Get the Camera! Sharing your media is even easier as there is only the ONE main location for this now with the Gaming Media forum. No more do you need to hunt the forum that contains your subject you wish to display. It's your choice how you go about it. Again you can choose to use the popular prefixes to create a thread for sharing your images and media of that particular title or create an all-in-one thread where you will post all your media. Like we said, it's completely down to you, as we want to encourage you to share your stuff and giving you the easiest way to do so will help with this. It's been obvious the break-up of different titles on platforms wasn't making it very easy for you guys to jump about and converse about them and so we have decided to bring all discussion into the one location and use prefixes to identify the popular topics where they show. There is also a new Gaming Media forum (names subject to change) whereby we encourage you to create your threads like you used to before and post your best images of your gameplay moments and also if you have one, feel free to create a thread about your YouTube, twitch etc. As some of you know, we recently implemented a Media Gallery for you to use. In this you can upload your images and also post your YouTube videos to have a central location where you can display them on the :duck:. In fact, the real benefit of the gallery is that you can use it to host your images in order to display in threads on here. Removing the hassle of needing to find a good image host or using imgur and dealing with their compression. Hopefully this will make things flow better for you lot and of course we always want to hear from you in how you think we are doing or should be doing. Due Defect unit of my previous setup, decided to pull the trigger on this upgrade (also small treat for myself for the new job) Here are just some day one impressions When talk about tube amps, people generally say they are warm and smooth, it gives me an impression that it is best for midrange frequency You know me, I like Japanese music and Anime, it is full of female vocals they are very rich in the high frequency spectrum, to the point sometimes even piercing trebles For that reason I was hesitating for not picking a solid state amp, after hear numerous good things about Schiit products I decided to give it a try The Valhalla is not tubey at all, neutral, it preserves the brightness of my HD800 Of course early input means it hasn't completely burn-in yet, but as of now it suits me very well and I don't need any tube rolling As for the Bifrost, there is not much to talk about other than delivers cristal clear details, very good sense of sound stage note that this setup has high amount of output, and it is designed specifically for high impedance headphone like my HD800 (600 ohm) And I forgot to mention the DAC and AMP are all made in USA while the headphone is hand made in Germany Down for some photos

I remember seeing you mention ages ago about yourself and some others were looking to create something like TDU and thought the whole thing had went quiet and was no longer a thing but it's obvious you guys have just been working away very hard and haven't been wanting to show anything until it was worth doing so. Here's mine. I tend to keep the desktop clean but the underlying structure is a total rubbish dump. I always start off well when a clean format is done but then it descends into chaos quite quickly. :twisted: I've also as of yesterday moved the taskbar to the top to see if it helps me a bit in my work. Might seem strange but the no obstruction at the bottom gives me a clear working space with no interruptions... well that's the plan anyway. :p (not used to it as I keep mousing to the bottom all the time still)

I was on Win 10 upgrade duty for a lot of the past week and took the plunge myself in the early hours of Friday. It seems alright and after using Win10Privacy have managed to turn most of the intrusive and extraneous options off. I was unsure of some of my older programs not working but they seem fine at the moment. I did have an issue with sound not working but a reddit post about updating the driver via Device Manager and selecting the first HD Audio option solved that. I have about a month to go back and as I updated I believe I have access to Win 10 via digital entitlement so can always return in the future if MS scale back the whole big brother is watching you type thing. It feels like an evolution of Win 7 which suits me fine. Will be watching how the updates and plans unfold for the OS though and if they look to slide too far to watching and collecting too much then I'll be glad to have my Win 7 disc on hand. Also I have a feeling another free period will show up again in the next few months, Microsoft wants people on 10 and giving it away is the best way to have that happen.
