Just three pictures I also used for the price-announcement article on the Dutch mercforum, to illustrate what the S-Cabriolet cán look like. I really like this car, always loved the 2-door versions of the S-Class since the 00's. They are big cars so there's enough room for the design, unlike on a C-Class platform :/

Our lifetime most likely not, if the time since the moon-commuting up until today is anything to go by, but in the future we have no choice. Other civilizations won't simply send a mobile Dyson sphere here to save earth and ship it to a new star or something, we have to figure it out on our own. You can see some of the south western islands of the netherlands.... that says a lot about the zoom!

Even if they won't be free, I'll pay without doubting. SCS deserves that, we know the games they started with and what they managed to accomplish over the years, especially also in terms of post-release support, cooperation with modders and attention to everything since ETS and ETS2. There will also be enough to do in ETS2, if you've completed this first 'stage' of ATS2, to keep you busy until they release the next states

Configurator? You mean on the Benz websites? It's a 3D model safely stored somewhere at Benz, the configurator uses overlays or switched image layers to create the configured cars. So you might as well draw something in Paint if you want it from there.

That is 100% Merc World Racing. It has everything! Benzes only, an Asian/Japanese environment, something that reminds me of the Mexico game world at 1:00, the Alps... Still sad I don't have a PS4, that just looks so great.

The SLK is a bit out of proportion, the back end is too tall which perhaps looks worse than it is because of the tail lights being squeezed. The nose is pretty long, also ahead of the wheels (pedestrian protection I think, every merc has it now). I like the new styling, especially with sport bumpers etc, but I don't like dropping the V8 for a V6, and also the name is odd... why 43 and not 45 (larger number despite 2 cylinders less....) I'm surprised it's still seeing a facelift though, this is the car you hardly hear or read about.

BUMP We need more people, and especially on PC to get some missions and heists done for the YACHTS! I only need another 5 million so I got a lot of work to do. xD Anybody interested in joining in? :bhello:

Haven't been doing a lot since the new DLC has been installed, although I did buy the Schafter V12. It's a bit faster and sounds sportier than the regular Schafter, and the rear wheels stand a bit more outside now. It does offer less tuning from what I can recall, such as no other grille options. As for the houses, a LOT of new properties have been added, ranging from simple garage units and small houses, to more appartment towers and houses on stilts. In my honest opinion, the latter two are not as great as I hoped. Reason I say this is because the houses on stilts are not nice villa's with gardens, and large driveways, and the appartments are like Benny's DLC vehicles: you can only upgrade interiors of the new appartments, not the old ones you might already have. In addition to new vehicles and properties, you can now own 5 properties, and then you can also get a yacht, which also effectively is a property with storage for vehicles. As far as yachts concern: - 3 yachts, sharing same base hull, of 6, 7 and 8 million, with slightly different top structures, helipad arrangement and amount of hull windows/portholes - each yacht comes with extra air and sea vehicles, the more expensive ones come with more than the cheaper ones ofcourse, and you can store landvehicles in it - the yachts are property but do not count in on the 5 properties you can own now, so it's 5 plus a yacht - the yacht comes with staff, so like a mechanic you pay daily running costs - the yacht is a static vehicle (or perhaps better said a structure), but you can call the captain to move it - the yacht can be called to park at one of 12 pre-set destinations - each call for moving the yacht costs 25.000 - yachts can be upgraded with lights, country flags, custom names, paint and an effective intruder/air defense system (custom preferences for who/what to attack) - you can set the dress code on the yacht - fully upgraded, yachts sit around the 10 million Obviously they're expensive, even though not as expensive as first feared considering the extra vehicles you get with it (helicopters, boats, jetski's). I NEED a yacht, and to get one, I NEED money. I need around 5 million to be able to get one. So, who of the PC players is interested in doing (quite) some missions/heists/whatnot to earn cash? Softie also wants a yacht, and also needs cash, so he's in. Anybody else? :D

Small catch though, this thing didn't deliver anything into orbit, it went a lot slower than SpaceX which díd have to achieve that. Might be one of the possible causes making it a sliiiight bit easier, perhaps, maybe... Still a very nice achievement :D

I got that key, it's smaller than you think. They got a USB-stick version of it and that black box end is júst big enough to go around the connector. On that new key I didn't see anything similar you could easily stick into an ignition switch as they still use. I did see a seam in the shiny material but that must be for changing battery. Look at old Audi key fobs. At my previous work we had keyfobs for the prototypes originally coming from Audi S models yet they looked identical to Skoda keys.

That's one of the reasons the Tesla and Volvo's sell so good. They look normal, unsuspecting. One might say bland/dull, but the proportions are right and they don't pretend to be anything super ultra special. Classy cars. But ye, gadget generation, marketing department ran by google boys/girls, if it is different it hás to look different. I am interested in how hydrogen vehicles will do, I think it does have some potential, at least as much as pure electric cars. It's too bad the crowd here thinks of Tsar Bomba and friends when they hear ''hydrogen'', making it hard to sell such cars, making it not always desirable for a brand to develop it.

I think the designers always go those extra few leaps to make it fugly to show it's an alternative fuel vehicle.

Evacuation was started after a threat about an ambulance full of explosives appears to be true[/b] according to german news media. EDIT: newsreporter of the dutch NOS newschannel was interrupted during his recap of what's going on by policemen with serious weapons. Police would have mentioned there are clues for a serious bombthreat that would hit the entire city. Public transport has been halted, no trains and metro's are leaving the city. More sources are reporting findings of a rigged vehicle after the police tracked a suspicious person from their records. Police is advising people to find safety, preferably in small groups.
