Hello fellow ducks, I started working on the non-mockup customization system. It is far away from being finished, but it's working really well already, eventhough it took me quite some time and nerves to figure out two bugs I had prior (which I fixed after I realized I had a wrong event trigger applied.. Well..)
 

 
That's what it looks like at the moment. It's globalized with a database, so it will work for every single car I add (in theory) without any complications or hour-long adjustments. :)
 
PS: I took the Mercedes G-Wagon as an example, as I have many parts done for it over time I can use for testing. I could have used the M3 aswell, but I don't have any customization done for it just yet.

Car rentals only display the first color and first rim choice.
 
TDU Platinum will have more cars than garages, and that is something people will have to deal with it. It is not like NFS, where you can have only 5. You can have over 400. Believe me, that is a lot. You won't use half of those 400. People will ride Chirons anyways. :lol:

Hey Milli just want to add my 2 cents. I love what you are doing and if perchance there is a car I don't like I can just replace it, I have actually done so with your last mod update and sometimes I have problems but most times I don't. I always make backups and replace cars 2 - 4 at a time then check how the game responds. And I have been enjoying it like crazy. Can't wait for Platinum, I know it is going to be awsome.

:lol: There is a lot of time to end the year. And there is a lot missing yet. I am working on alphabethical order. I am at Lamborghini right now. So, yes, there's a lot to be done.

Try conceptcarz.com I've used this site before and it is pretty accurate...
