    Easy. Not all 65 surfaces are on the "roads" that you drive on. Certain types of gravel, grass, etc. will line the road and be farther away, off the beaten path. I don't recall them ever saying you could DRIVE on all 65 surfaces..

    Then he's never been to Colorado. My parents used to own a cottage up there, we'd go up in the summer - the mountains still have snow on them even in the Summer.. so if we can drive even halfway up one, there should be snow. Doubtful that we'll be able to go up mountains. But it would be realistic with the off-road trails anyway..

    Well, Colorado is home to the Rocky Mountains. It's snowy there too, up high, so I'd imagine there'd be snow - indeed.
