  3. SLK55 Mod? The SLK55 is standard ingame. I'm still on the opinion, that you tried to mod a car from tdu1 in tdu2. Can you send me the link of the mod via PM, so i can take a better look on it and test it myself?
  4. What mod was it? I tested nearly every available mod for tdu2, and never need to rename a file (carbody) to use it? Could it be that you accidentally downloaded a mod for tdu1?

  6. If you take a deeper look, you don't need to install anything for downloading. ;) I saw it too, that i nearly was forced to install an app for downloading the file(s). But i didn't want too. So i looked closer. You can download it as freeuser, but you have to live with a preselected commercial-side and a little waiting-time. But who cares about that. ;) (When i remember right, it was possible to choose this "option" on the bottom of the page.)

  8. Did you download the "TDU2: Unpacker v2.2"? You find it there in the menu on right side. (Just tested it, and all needed files are in that zip.) Maybe i forgot to say it in detail. ;) (The UL v3.1 isnt the unpack-tool. It's the tool to start the game)
  9. It is still possible to play online with an unpacked version. Most simple way is to use Knyazev's new version (3.1) of the universal launcher. He implitted an autoclosing to the launcher, so the servers of atari can't detect it anymore as a "cheater"-program. (The program is closed when the game is started.) Next way is the most safe i think, cause you don't need "foreign" programs. You have 2 folders of tdu2. (one packed original, one unpacked) But i think everybody who unpacks his game will or should do that (safety first ;)). Now you creat a link to the testdrive2.exe of the unpacked folder to your desktop. Then you can run the uplauncher of the packed version, and let him do his file-check. When he finished the check, let the uplauncher open but start the game via the link to the testdrive2.exe of the unpacked folder. (i hope i descriped it easy enough to understand it.) I don't know how it works, cause you are basically have files of two different folders, but it works. ;) @Panda: You mentioned your problem yourself. At first you need to unpack your game. Here are the important steps in compact form: 1. make a copy of your complete original game to another folder (it doesn't matter where the folder will be) 2. use Knyazev's unpacker-tool v31 build 15 (that's the latest version of the game when you downloaded all released updates via uplauncher) -> I don't know if i can post the tool here, so use google and search for "knyazev unpack tool tdu2". 1st page is his page and on this page you will find the tool. (it's only 1,3MByte "big") 3. copy all files of that tool in the 2nd tdu2-folder you previously created and run the "unpack_full.bat" -> now a "MS-DOS"-like window opens and the tool unpacks the game (it takes probably 20 to 40 minutes to finish depending on your pc) 4. now (that means when unpack-process is finished) you should see more subfolders in the euro-folder and you can start modding whatever you like little advice from me: i made a safe-copy of the complete unpacked euro-folder as well (might something get wrong while modding, you still have the original files.) @all: If i forgot something important, please correct me and/or add it. i hope it helps you. greetz from germany Donnie B.   10. Do you mean peformance tuning or optical tuning? For performance you have shops for every brand (except ferrari and the bikes) ingame. Optical tuning you can do in the stickershop ingame or with texmod. And how you can use texmod is detailed descriped in the forum where you found the pic. It's a forum specialized for optical tuning. But i think you can find it also here if you use the search function and search for "texmod". To descripe it here how you can use texmod would blow up the timeframe. No hard feelings. ;)

  12. How would you realize to import a mod on the xbox? It's technically not possible, unfortunatly for all ps3- and xbox-players.
  13. At first thx for the new release. Where did you find the VW Corrado mod? Or is it another mod you did? Looks really nice. I would love it if you would release more of your complete carmods. :thumbsup:
  14. When i understand it right, it's not a mod to get some cars for free. It's some kind of a detector. You can see an unreleased car, when somebody drives by with it instead of seeing a messed up lancia. But i think now it's relevant anymore at all. Cause there are no fully made unreleased cars left ingame, except the hod rod and the 370Z Nismo (i think).
  15. If somebody is interested in or might need ideas for songs to mod, here is my modded playlist. I tried to find a good mix of classics and newer ones. [ATTACH]17730[/ATTACH] The only song i left original is the one from ellie goulding.
  16. Did you notice the last update (v26+v28)? You need to update the unpacked Version to the latest version for playing online again. Atari/Eden "banned" all older versions from playing online. btw: i think this is the wrong section in forum for the question. Maybe one of the admins can move it to the right section. und nochmal auf deutsch: Vor ca. 2 Wochen gabs noch mal ein kleines Update. Diese Daten musst du in der gepackten Version laden, in die entpackte Version kopieren und entpacken. Dann kannst du auch wieder mit der entpackten Version online spielen. Atari/Eden sperrt alle älteren Versionen für das Online-Spielen.
  17. yeah i just tested it too. loading via texmod doesn't work. I don't even see if this is a stickerpack or a full vinyl. Maybe the tpf-file is broken. I will ask a friend later on, maybe he knows a solution.
  18. load the tpf-file via texmod, go to the stickershop and save the design with a transparent stock-sticker. And then its on the car. (I hope i could explain it understandable.)
  19. cool, now i have a reason to drive the smaller camaro. ;) ...didn't drove the 1LT much so far, for the fact there's also the 2SS.
  20. Hey tototo, first big THX to you and your mods. I love them. My SRT8 now looks really brutal like it should look like. ;-) But one question: Will you release the big-rim-carmods for the beetle, the ml63 and the mustangs? Or did you post them only, to show whats possible with the rim-mods? (These cars look absolutly amazing.)
  21. Hi Guys if you need a password, try the name of the side from where the mod is coming. (cant write the name here, it turns to "lalalalalalalalala") Edit: but i just tested it, for the download here you dont need a password, and you dont need to pay for the download.
