Hi guys, quick update, a lot of details were worked on in PD lately, which are not really worth a whole post.

I don't have a personal server as I'm mostly on a server where I'm a moderator, but it's not too hard to create one and customize it for our needs.
I will create one tomorrow and send you an invite link, unless of course, TDuck has one that we could use.
 
on there we could discuss more detailed stuff about Project Drive, I'm already pretty stoked to work on it soon hopefully. :D

I'm into Modeling Cars and everything that belongs to them, but recently I've also started working on world assets. When it comes to LODs UE4 has probably the industry's best auto LOD generator out there but I don't mind doing some of them by hand. I've also used some Forza models for mods so I know how to work with them and add to them in terms of tuning parts. Textures are also something I'm enjoying thanks to Substance Designer/Painter.
 
and btw may I ask if you guys have a Discord Server as that would be easier to chat, talk and share images or files?

yea it's ok if we don't get paid, I've been modding a game the past 1.5 years and that was also for free (minus the donations) I thought this project will replace my modding hobby and will let me release my creativity without limits unlike the modding tools did

I am currently working on a couple of cars, including the platinum traffic pack. I will update the traffic pack in the thread here aswell, but I might release the traffic cars one by one soon which will be patreon exclusive.
 
Also, I am concidering to make modding livestreams on twitch. This won't be patreon-exclusive, it will be public for you all. I will anounce my streams inbefore here and on patreon, too

E: I only now realized it's the 2016 Altima, and I wanted to make a 2014 one. Well, list changed from 2014 to 2016 now. 😂
E2: Ah, no, all correct. I decied to do the 2016 to begin with since I haven't found any blueprints of the 2014 model. Forgot to update the list.

And yeah, call it "tDuZoQqEr iS bAcK" as much you want, but I'm not modding again (yet). Since Milli said in her club thread that custom traffic won't be a thing in TDU Platinum since all custom traffic mods are quite heavy weight, I offered my help to make a custom, realistic traffic pack for the mod.
 
And since I didn't want to spam the thread with my progress, since it's a TDU Platinum thread at the end of the day, and not "Zoqqers epic modeling showoff", here's a standalone thread.

After few months of preparation I am thrilled to present you the new design / system
 
Merger of three website (turboduck forum / turboduck blog / eudemon anime community), if you have account with any of the site it will be automatically merged
All old links from either site are permanently automatically redirected to new URL, you do not have to do anything 
You might find some new features already have content in them, that is because one of the sites already had them, feel free to start using and make it yours, after all, it is built for the community.
 
There are lot of New Features been added that I can't possible go over in one thread, below is quick touch of few of the major ones:
Blogs - allow you to create person or collaborative blog with multiple people
Downloads - allow direct upload and download on turboduck, Mods section will be migrated there, this adds additional feature like file versioning, subscribe to change, support topic
Gallery - allow you to create own or community albums, for media sharing
Wiki - general database entries, currently lyrics and blog articles will be migrated to there
Store - allow purchase of VIP member group which grants additional resources and cool stats (as a way to support us)
Activity - everything that's happening in one place, you can set your own feed to track content you like
Clubs - allow you to create or join clubs of people with same interest (that's not covered in forum)

Oof okay, I delayed the demo twice already, unfortunately I have to again.
 
Now, back when I started Project: DRIVE I was unemployed, and had a bunch of free time to work on. Since I am self employed since december, the amount of my free time drastically became smaller. Regardless of that, I worked every single minute of my free time on PD. But it wasn't as much as I expected to make a demo done till end of january lol
 
Anyway, I have made a lot of progress on the demo. And since I wasn't really active on the forums in the last time, I can only recomend you to check out the tduck discord with a Project: DRIVE channel, where I post all of the progress in.
