1. It's just what people have come to expect these days and I really don't see it changing in the near future, or ever. Someone get some ice for Activision. Even the BBC have jumped in and burnt them. Call of Duty trailer is one of YouTube's most disliked - BBC News Still can't wait to play me some spade only matches. :panic:
2. It was indeed a great day of racing as always. But as usual I didn't get to see all of the races due to them being spread over 6 hours. Nothing can keep my attention for that long! More often than not the younger racers show up the older, "more mature" BTCC racers imo. Not necessarily more skill but they are usually more tactful how they go about things both in the car and out of the car. Maybe it's because they're trying to impress to get sponsorship or another seat or maybe they're just not as hot headed yet. :hmmm: Hoping to make it over to Cheshire for Oulton park and Silverstone later in the year. :nods:
3. But at the end of the day it's a FIAT. :cheeky: Rest assured I won't be putting a bean can on the back or tacky alloys or stupid stickers or blare generic music(or any music for that matter) or cheap coilovers or have a job related to oil. :hmmm:
4. Jesus... Have they swapped Dunlops for Pirellis? 4 front left punctures in the space of 2 laps. Neal tried to get back into the pits and hit/got hit by an MG causing a rather large crash on the start finish straight! Red flagged. Unbelievable Geoff.
5. :welcome: to the :duck:
6. It is indeed a cracking car and one of, if not the best car you can get for the money. It is a fairly popular car yes but I haven't seen that many of them about. Most of the people I've seen driving them are 30+ mainly due to the cost or the odd 17 year old who used the bank of mummy and daddy and will more than likely ruin the car. But yea, it is Scottish and Glasgowish. :( Still can't believe I'm getting 35mpg from it with my blasting around the country roads going whoooosh at every opportunity.
7. The sounds can be improved in BF4 by choosing the battle/war tapes sound setting on the options somewhere. Sounds brilliant through my amp and not too shabby through my TV. I honestly can't say that there are any bugs in BF4 that I've encountered for a long time other than lag and no matter how good the netcode is, lag cannot be removed. It can be smoothed out but there's only so much of an impact that can have. The lag will always be there for all online games unless you play on a LAN. And now for something related to BF1. https://www.facebook.com/GamingWorldUK/videos/979478075493106/?fref=nf Will Battlefield 1 be a bugged game when released? More than likely. Will millions of people still buy it though? Yes, because it will get fixed. And even while it's in the process of getting fixed it will still be a great game that can be a lot of fun if the past games are anything to go by.
8. Looking forward to actually being able to catch bits and bobs of the touring cars today for a change. Shame that the Silverline Subaru team have had to withdraw on safety grounds due to their new fuel rail not being strong enough. :( The Scooby sounds amazing and by far the best sounding car this season. Never the less, it should still be a fantastic day of racing!
9. Quite literally. Spade only melee matches anybody?
10. I like the looks of that. :panic: Although I'm not sure about the horse. But we have SPADES! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=39TGXN5GTE4
11. 1942 was the first one! :fp: 1943 came out in 2010 I think and was a more cartoony/arcadey game.:toetap: And this guy, shush, show the new one!
12. Completely agree. 1942 was a brilliantly brilliant game even though I was brilliantly terrible at it due to being a noob at life. 10 more minutes!
13. Battlefield 5... 1? Reveal Tonight Today is the day that Battlefield fans have been waiting for since before Hardline was released. EA will be unveiling the next game in the Battlefield series and it looks like they will be taking us back to the Battlefield roots with a game set in World War 1. But possibly not the WWI as we know it... The premier of Battlefield 1, yes, it has been confirmed that EA really cannot count, will be streamed live on the Battlefield Twitch page. The live stream is currently running with a couple of people(anybody know who they are?) talking through the history of Battlefield. But the reveal won't be until 1PM EST/4PM EST/9PM BST and luckily for me that's only 80 minutes away considering I only found out about this 10 minutes ago. Bring it on Battlefield!
14. Oooo, will see if I can get this downloaded at some point this weekend to see how it compares with the Xbone.
15. Whoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooosh tssssss Whoooooooooooosh tssssss It is a Fiesta ST2 with only 6000 miles on it and the turbo noise is very fun and addictive and it's bringing out my inner child as I keep making it go whoooosh tsss alllll the time. I really did not think a front wheel drive car could handle so well and be so nimble(with the exception of my Mini of course).
16. All I can say is wow. Well, that was a lie but we've all had bad days at the office so to speak and imo he didn't deserve this. "There were other reasons" sure, and Pigs can fly. Having said that, it will be interesting to see what Verstappen can do in the RB and to be able to compare his performances to Ricciardos.
17. Never poor hot water on a frozen screen! The thermal shock can crack it... I bought a this
18. Oh hello. Picking it up on Wednesday! But I am also a bit sad as I drove my old TF for the first time since it's trackday. Started at the first turn of the key even with the battery being at 12.09v. Drove it to see the Fiesta today and it was brilliant fun. Will be sad to see it go but the other TF that I took back yesterday has put me right off for now. Dare say I'll get another one in the future though as a fun weekend car or a track toy.
19. Having seen it on a the RB properly I think I could actually grow to like it. :hmmm:
20. 1:54.216 The F40 seems alright to me and I've not had any issues with the track boundaries for a change. Just have to stay away from the run off. I did see on the first proper hairpin that you were running slightly off track on the exit Ozz. Looks like part of the track but there's a thick whiteline. Other than that and the first corner I didn't have any dirty markers apart from when I crashed into walls...
21. I think it looks equally as bad tbh. But for the sake of potentially saving a life looks aren't all that important.
22. Nice idea but it would've nicer if it was thought of years ago! Rather than having the odd behind the scenes video on their YT channel.
23. I've decided I have no point and I want to retract my previous comments.
