The only thing about 2014 and Spotify that I can contribute here is T.Swiftie's collection removal.

Correct, although I'm annoyed that the normal BMW Z4 can be tuned to Dirt Spec and the limited edition one can't (same with the Mini), so I would have to buy them again.

the crew Ryzza5's Crew Videos - UP Dec 20: bus takedown - easy!
Ryzza5 replied to Ryzza5's topic in Screens, Videos & Streams
I was literally saying to myself "You could've posted that comment" and Diablo almost had it word for word, I was in two minds about chasing and doing something else for a bit, but I am the one who ended that chase if I am not mistaken. Here's a test drive video just for you, Mellors - to show you what you can look forward to (if you haven't already got it). It even has crashing (which I know you like) And this saleswoman really needs to choose her words better -
Yeah but that car has been pretty tough to handle in every game it's been in, so... I wasn't looking forward to doing perf races in the McLaren 12C but after levelling up heaps (and earning loads of money) by doing PvP races (and kicking some serious posterior) I ended up tuning my Mustang to Perf spec and it's much better to handle, and also quicker, and doesn't have 7 gears. So plusses all round. Winning: Global PvP (PC) rank of 75. I had also Levelled up so much from PvP that I could also tune it to Raid spec.

the crew Online Police Chases - Rules of Engagement
Ryzza5 replied to Ryzza5's topic in Driving & Racing Games
These chases are a bit more spur of the moment when cruising together. Although sometimes a random guy might get chased and you can jump in via the map. -
I'm the kind of guy who prefer to chase than be chased. Sometimes when cruising with other crew members I've purposefully started a chase just so that I can get the police to chase the other person when I evade (assuming they have crashed into enough cars and property - which usually happens). Then, when the police pursue the other person, I like to help the police take down the person. That's of course only fun if the other person knows about that arrangement, so if you're also interested in online police chases, I propose the following: 1. The person(s) not being chased may choose to help the player, the police, or ignore the chase. 2. If the person(s) not being chased wish to help the police, they should: 2a: Let the pursued player pass them once safely before attempting to crash/bock them, and 2b: Signal their intent to chase by aggressive use of their horn. 3. The fleeing player will then know to also avoid you. If you've got other ideas to expand on this, let's hear them below.

I was going to make a poll today, but in that case I'll give you another week to come up with something, Clarence. :nnnn:

Does this count as your one thread, Camel?

TDU1 came with a disclaimer from the support team that it didn't like laptop GPUs and that potential customers should think about other platforms, so you might just be out of luck here. Also keep in mind that running any game in windowed mode saps more performance than running the same resolution in fullscreen, as there are other things on screen to render now. Windowed mode at 1080p probably won't work to well with things like the taskbar and title bar getting in your way.

I wouldn't be too concerned about repeating missions for gold just now - if you're just ticking them off it would be better to do it much later with a much better car - also you'll probably be needing to get platinum medals later anyway. Some shift timings seem accurate, but fast modern cars like the MP4-12C should have absolutely zero gear-change lag in sequential mode with auto clutch. Similar to TDU, I find clutching-in and taking the foot of the gas with a dead straight wheel is the best way to handle big landings. Improved suspension parts later on also help here. AI catchup might be more of a feature of the easy/normal races compared to the harder ones later. My McLaren wasn't as fast as recommended and so I'm not winning the first "Hard" race with Alita. I did the hour long race from Midwest Air Base to New York and kept fighting with two faster cars (using NOS and slipstreaming, and generally better cornering). I should have waited behind in 2nd for the final straight to slipstream across the line, but instead tried to block and ended up in 2nd. Having to choose the type of manual you want involves more work yes but it isn't exactly a terrible thing either, since we now have choice. I would suggest going to sequential automatically for cars that have 7 forward gears. Agreed with engine noise, although it does make the sudden appearance for low flying aircraft much more dramatic  I tested for the auto-brake yesterday and found it had been removed. It used to occur under 50kph but didn't - and I also didn't have the old problem of always stopping short of mission pads. Yes, loads of inertia and weight shifting in this game - makes scramble skill challenges difficult when offroad. Server appears good from the standpoint that I've just about always been in a near-full bubble with other players, although I've heard that this is causing problems when friends want to join up. I also keep seeing Xarlith on the large map when I suspect he isn't in that location. (Was in one spot for a very long time - perhaps a lunch break). Tried clicking on him to join but had no success. Last night I was kicked out 3 times and asked to restart the game. At least the errors messages are more descriptive.

less grippy (or just more power to overcome the grip). Depends what car you have I spose. I've held a few high speed drifts ala TDU1 style in the MP4-12C on the highway. You can feel weight shifting. If you don't give consideration to it you will spin out. So there are realistic traits... I'm just not drifting around every corner.
