    In case you're as bad at guessing acronyms as I am at creating them, welcome to the Driving Game Screenshot of the Week competition entry thread. * Stick to the implied theme (don't look for technical loopholes) * Images must not exceed 800kB, and be at least 915px wide to fit the PoTW TV. * Each person who enters must cast a vote in the same week to remain eligible. You may not vote for yourself. * Winner picks the next theme, unless winning consecutively, in which case the runner up decides. * Winner has 48h to PM a new theme to me or another member of staff if I'm away, if they fail to meet this then the theme will be a free round. * Competition is limited to games on all platforms of any age that are classified as driving/racing games. (i.e. FPS games that have cars in them wouldn't be eligible). Please mention what game your screenshot is from. * Minor non-enhancing editing permitted (cropping, addition of your name, etc) is permitted, as long as the actual screenshot isn't tampered with. Just like all these other comps. To make things easier for me I'll make the weekly periods line up with the pCARS weekly leaderboard challenge.     Wsa one of the first to be invited to play ACR, didn't really like going back and forth from the web browser to the game. There was nothing compelling about the game either, a bit like NFS World.

    He's talking about the environment mod, silly :p #1 Have to wait to get home #2 Usually frowned upon uploading other people's mods, but that guy did recently come back and (attempt to) upload his winter mod, so we'll see. Try PM'ing him first though Nice pics s/h (that truck was red in my game). Can't help but noticing how you're behind me in all those pics xD You did have one race in the bag though when I hit oncoming traffic in my lane. I have some video footage of one or two races, will go hunting for it later.

    Don't be jealous, click the Like button. :) That was an extension of the Tropical mod called the Alpine mod (Extra HQ trees). Released Tropical Paradise mod 2.2 Post in that thread and get Diablo to look into it. :)

    Well there's your problem. You can't play online with the illegal pack. Either buy it or reinstall the legit game without the megapack.

    That's too many syllables :cheeky: Ute is short for Utility Vehicle And considering some of them are very fast you could say we invented the SUV and it doesn't look like a 4WD (which is what we actually call SUV's, since not all of them are sporty)

    You mean should not be allowed? If there is no Acura in Japan then a Japanese theme would logically not include Acura.

    Didn't take any photos with you superhyper besides these: Also if any of you play TDU1 on PC could you do me a favour and create/upload some diner challenges that don't require you to drive 400kph and have other cheat-deterrents. Need one more victory to get my Ace badge (and I suspect I'll have to use noob mode to win). I'm sure I've won numerous diner challenges in the past so was surprised to see that I still need one more (must've had to revert to an older profile backup). Let me know what the title of the challenge is or how big the entry fee is :) Actually it might be better to not upload it until the weekend so that you can set the time available to minimum since I won't be able to play until then.

    With the future release of Windows 8 you will see a lot of competing laptops and transformers (tablets that can be docked into a keyboard to appear as a laptop) at various price points. If you want something good, I'd recommend you wait. If you want to hack something together and use an older OS, you're experience is going to be dareisay quite bad. Otherwise [google]convert monitor to touchscreen[/google]

    You'll all be pleased to know that Acid and I did indeed go for a nice road-rules cruise in Masers. It was quite fun struggling to take off as fast as the traffic cars when the lights when green, probably took a good 10+ seconds before I could overtake them :D
