    That's fine but our problems were slightly different. I just wanted to avoid downloading 1.2GB at home, so I grabbed it elsewhere, then used the proxy so that the PS3 grabbed the update from my PC instead of the Internet - it all worked a treat. ... and then I quit GT5 after trying out the Red Bull gift car to find that Steam is autoamtically trying to download a 2GB update for Portal 2, when I have already told it NOT to automatically update this game. As far as I can tell there isn't even a new update for the game (I've already got the DLC), so I was pretty annoyed at that. :fp:

    I'm not into ETS, but I will try out just about any free-roam driving game though, whish is essentially what TDU1 was.

    You on PC or X360 - send an invite my way if PC, plus I'm hosting an online getogether this Saturday morning. It's faster to use Shift to take them down, but more fun staying in the one car as you did. You can do as many of those cop chases as you want if you shift into any cop-car you see while free-roaming (then tag a bad guy).

    Maybe it's so you can get money to buy the rest of the cars, although I bought all the cheap ones the other day and am past half-way as far as that stat goes.

    Google is your friend, remember? PS3 Proxy Tutorial Spa is good but I have it in so many other games so I honestly don't care. I would've been more impressed if they picked the 50 best user-created tracks and gave those to everyone to use online.

    hmmm When I prordered my copy yesterday the guy said he couldn't place a proper order for it since they were sold out and he wasn't allowed to 'officially' order any more in, but he said he had two out the back and would make a note to make sure I got the LCE :mhmm: We shall see, if they try to give me the standard version I'll be demanding a full refund since I'm in no hurry to pay $99 for the standard game when it's probably on eBay for less.

    Something to do with redoing the Story mode with extra abilities/cheats, not sure of the details. Was good fun playing online with you today Andreaz - hopefully we can organise another game with 4+ people from here together (maybe Saturday morning your time).
