    That's half the problem. As long as it's profitable the big wigs probably see no reason to change anything. It's way too corporate and they couldn't give a racoons backside what others think. I'd rather watch a bunch of amateurs racing Formula Ford.

    So just get Red Bull, Mercedes, Lotus, Renault, etc to plan entries for the WEC and kill the sport that way.

    Shame they had that incident which resulted in a penalty, would have kept the race much more hot. They should have a joker entry where some random dude turns up in his completely normal non-sporty car and see how many non-finishing teams he can beat (while hopefully not being rear ended by a 300kph LMP1).

    #64 Corvette now changing brake pads, let's hope their driver remembers to pump the brakes after. #51 Ferrari now leads. #99 Aston in garage. #46 Oreca being assisted by crane. Somehow made it back to garage 15 minutes later.

    GT Pro Leader #99 Aston in garage changing brake pads ... and then takes out the 2nd place LMP2 (#46 Oreca) car at the first chicane. Corvette now leading class. Meanwhile the #96 Aston spun out further up the track on its own, narrowly missing collection from other cars, and Ligier #26 deemed to have had unsafe return to track by spraying gravel on track

    My PC doesn't have enough spare RAM to watch anything over 1080p at a medium bitrate (tried putting 8GB in it once but it didn't boot).

    Strange that the G920 says it works on PC but the G29 doesn't. I know many a PS4 player who would be outraged by this. The video is pretty cool though. At first I thought the Audi and driver model looked quite Gran Turismo-y.

    Hmm I remember saving a bit by paying $192 for a new G25 on ebay back ~2008. That price is getting pretty close to the Thrustmaster, although to date they've packaged theres' without a clutch pedal. Recall that MS/Sony will not allow any wheel to work with both platforms. At best, you have to have two different (detachable) rims with the Sony/MS logo on it. For something as expensive and niche as a steering wheel it's absolutely bonkers.

    SENA Prism action camera I really like the quality and FOV of the GoPro 4 but the SENA has a better helmet mount (clamps, no sticking anything to it which is a legal grey area), and it wirelessly connects to my headset for easier operation on the move and improved audio. It can also record intercom conversations with other riders. But I'm stuck with 138 FOV and 1080p30/720p60.
