  1. lol, there's been so many Jap-themed competitions here recently (GT5 and SoTW)
  2. USB port in PC (or PS3 if you have the T500RS)
  3. Comes with two but there are others available to purchase. I also purchased a home-made adapter that allows me to plug the shifter directly into the Fanatec wheel so that I can use it with FM4 and GT5 (although you lose 7th gear that way)
  4. Those shots were taken on the same day as my last set (just wanted to split them up). Howzabout a cruise now (or in an hour) (or later tonight)? TH8RS is brilliant (albeit twice as expensive as what I sold my G25 for). Unfortunately as with a lot of things the tension doesn't last for a great amount of time, so you'll be reaching for the screwdriver every half hour or so.. Default tension is great for normal cars though.
  5. Tensioned up the TH8RS shifter to make it nice and hard to change gears and went cruising in some old metal
  6. What he means is it will stop people sneaking in entries from other games :cheeky: Unless we photoshop the FM4 logo onto the photo :umm:
  7. We should all go out looking for driving games that handle worse than TDU2 and see how big a list we can make :)
  8. I never even found the new cars or bikes on PC (not that I played for very long) :)
  9. hehe, he once banned me on the TDU1 forums as well for talking about other driving games. Maybe that contributed to the mass exodus to TDUC :p
  10. kal wasn't always easy to get along with but I wouldn't put him in the same basket as the fizz, that's just harsh. Maybe fizzkid and BlueAce :p
  11. I played CT3 a few years ago since it was in the racing category, was $10, and had nice graphics. I've played through it two or three times now. If you can put up with the cheesy dialogue (which shouldn't be too hard if you played TDU2) it's quite fun. I then tried CT2 and it was almost just as good (just a few things that had been improved in v3 such as the map, ease of starting missions, not having to press F5 every time after a cut scene to switch to controller/wheel input, etc).
  12. You asked us to ban you so you could play more of this? :oook:  Looks great
  13. And DiRT Showdown is boring. Besides Knockout mode, it's all been done before. The career looks boring, and announcer is annoying. Flatout UC was a better game with better circuits and more stimulating gameplay.
  14. $36 on sale @ EBGames AU Felt like playing something arcadey with a controller and although probably rubbish it might do the trick. Should be similar to FlatOut UC, which was ok. $35 on eBay Last two versions on Steam were pretty good fun and a quick web search suggests this one is even better. Only by fluke did I notice it on x360 @ EBGames, and since they didn't have the PC version and due to it not being on Steam (in which case I would've bought it ages ago) I'll have to import it from the UK.
  15. Judging by the FPS count I'd say I had just updated my GFX drivers and forgot to force 16x AA, etc.
  16. I like to view the value of items not in $, but in how many hours it takes to accrue said $. Then there's a complex formula that determines if the the ratio of hours of usefulness to hours required to purchase said item... /James May
  17. Are you building a new Vespa from scratch?
  18. lol, not even in a driveway, just parked under a tree. Must be visiting someone :mhmm: Don't show that to his insurance company :D
  19. So it's probably probably true? Does that make it more or less true than probably true? :phil:
  20. Don't think anyone here owns it (or at least will admit to owning it)
