    I suppose it works, in the sense that it opens, but something's messed up with the audio and I don't hear the voices. More significantly, though, my G25 doesn't respond and the physics aren't what you'd call keyboard-friendly (though I've been trying very hard to play with a keyboard). So it works, but it's in desperate need of a patch. Visually, the game is brilliant, but that comes at a cost too (even for my GTX 260-equipped system). -Leadfoot

    Agreed, it's not an issue (I always used the "12 minus 5" formula, or whatever the equivalent). Plus, actors/other participants in various time zones is a good thing, meaning that there's almost always someone online at any given time. :)

    Home sick (have been all day). Jammed in between two filming sessions (public access TV gig, I'll take what I can get), and I have to film after school tomorrow, too. Most significantly, though, many of my classmates (mostly attractive girls) are going on a Spain-to-Italy trip over the next week, and I'll be stuck here buried under ten hours of video editing and staring at a wall listening blasting The Who in my ears. Oh, and I have a TDU2 review to write and explain why one of my most highly-anticipated games of 2011 is a letdown. On top of that, my dad decided my family needed a second PS3, which should be a good thing, but generally makes me feel like a bit of a, um, "car" (TG reference). -Leadfoot

    It is. In fact, someone even converted a vehicle from the beta (though because it was illegal, it was only up briefly). I think all the modders are busy enjoying TDU2 itself right now, but soon enough most of them will probably return. -Leadfoot

    I believe they purchase the license to the automaker, rather than for individual cars. Also, most people agree that Ferrari paid Atari more specifically to exclude Lamborghini. -Leadfoot

    First of all, it is not just you. I'd say a majority of the players who voice their opinions are complaining about the physics. Second of all, I think you've phrased it best, Merle - "sloppy" seems to be the most accurate way to describe it. Thirdly, how did you all get your G25's to work? I'm not talking about specific settings, but how did you get the wheel to respond in game? My throttle pedal is jammed partially open (revs to right before redline and then holds it there, won't move in any gear). -Leadfoot
