We had the great idea of using forks on a tractor to lift a micra, worked well :nods: Design A would be better than B. Personally I use a jack and axle stands as I find it the best way, can wont fall or move on them. :) J

forza horizon Forza Horizon: An Open World Forza!!
calster17 replied to hassan1995's topic in Driving & Racing Games
Agreeded. And the LFA is't a fully new car eather in this case! The Exige is in game already, so this means it'll be the new Exige! And it';s an all new car compared to the last one. -
I'll be sticking to WRC3. The road's on the stages look wide enough to sail the QE2 down for starters, and the car's arnt even the rally spec cars! Sure can give them body kits and spotters, but need to be stripped & caged inside....and the car's arnt that special.

forza horizon Calster's Horizon Shots.

Been awhile. Here's the last photo I took ingame... http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z23/calster-17/Forza%20Fotos/PHOTO512.jpg May have more soon. May not....dont have much time these days to play games and care about taking shots in them.:/ -
Point there. Find a car with petrol, then open the filler cap(ProTip: a brick may be required for 'excessive entry' if it's a premium car), then remove the Fuel cap(ProTip: Again additional tools may be needed here, a coat hanger or a hair clip often do the job). Once open drop the pipe down, get a mint or 5 ready and have the empty bottle at hand. Put the other end of the pipe in your mouth and give a quick suck. Once the fuel is moving up the pipe quickly take the end your mouth and point it in the bottle. Quickly have the mints. When done remove the pipe and walk off. :nods: The other bottle of cake was only bought as it was on offer for getting two. Of course if it's a newer car it'll have a 'anit theft' device in the way of the tank... Not that I know any of this from experience... :leaves: That could work...but not much fun :cheeky:

Doesn't sound a problem, just grab a pipe, bag of mints & two 2 litre bottles of coke, empty one of the bottles. Guess the rest from there

I've only seen the first two episodes & episode 5 of the 3rd season. Still liking it! :D

Nice mini you got there, take care of her. The Rover Mini's are some of the best! :nods: Could have two people here with Small British cars,Im close to getting a Metro. :D For you's who don't know, the Metro was to replace the Mini, and even use the same engines in same case's. Just looking for a good condition MG one to pop-up. Failing that, a Rover Metro/100 would be good, swap the engine with the 1.6 16V 4-AGe engine!

forza horizon Forza Horizon: An Open World Forza!!
calster17 replied to hassan1995's topic in Driving & Racing Games
From what I read last week, the Rally stages are independent of the map, closed stages. So not adding to the map. If I hadent bought WRC3 I'd had considered getting the pack if cars were added to it...but knowing T10 if they made a rally pack it'd consist of the rally cars from Forza 4(S2000 207, Quattro S1 & Hyundai Volster Rallycross) and the rest would be US muscle of something! Can also see the roads being too wide for rally stages. Maybe it's just me with the handling feeling the same, but still think the country roads are way too wide...need to be at least just over a cars width or less! -

TDU2 does have the advantage of the map size...but that's about it. Also Ginetta's & Caterham. And the fact off road trails really seem like they are off road trails! But thats about it. -

Going to get slanted for this but oh well, Horizon was a bit of a let down for me...there I said it. Was good at first but nothing is shouting for me to play it. No road is twisty & challenging enough for my liking, every road is wide enough for the QE2 to sail down, the 'dirt tracks' included. Talking of Dirt tracks, they just felt like normal roads but brown and had trees along the side of them. Car's never felt like they changed surface on them eather really. And the sense of exploring ended quickly. Most roads driven within a few days. on TDU I've never driven on every road, I liked that fact I'd go "I'll find out where this go's!", doing that I found some nice gems such as the Japanese Buildings and great roads! Also the online made me not bother racing offline! Same problem as Forza 4 for me...why play offline when online gives me more cash even if I don't win and the races are more exciting? Thing I like about games is for me to have something to aspire to...a few races online & I had enough cash to get most cars I wanted, infact the same with offline races! Win the Mustang at the start & thats $60k in the bag if you sell it, on top of what you've already earned. The car list is good I'll say that, the Physic's are good as well. Presented well. I'm no way hating on the game, just saying what I think. -
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QDsyoXwvpzU Nothing special. Said video i talked about. Excuse the music at first, and the way the camera moves in turn with the steering wheel. Will get somthing better when my mate gets one of them 'go pro' things.

Were not all crazy here. Well at first it seem like that, once you get to know us you'll find out we are in our own ways. Take me for example....my choices in cars could be classed as crazy. :nods: Good to have you here :) Make your self welcome...but stay away from my stuff. :cheeky:

I could Tie-wrap it to the Steering wheel instead of that, means it's not in my way!

I took a video on my way home from work tonight(or Morning...whatever 3am is classed as), may upload it if the quality's not bad or my music is't too loud. Or if the way im holding the camera is pointing at the speedo all the time  Wont be much to see as it's dark and just my lights lighting up the road, which is white with two black lines where a tracks been made threw the snow. Oh and maybe see my dashboard a bit. Not driving spiritedly it due to chance of black ice eather. One day I'll add a video thats filmed on a good camera, and one thats mounted on something.
-
Nearly Died tonight. :D Nearly. Long story short, heavy snow, light car, ABS and a 865 degree spin(on the road thankfully not not a roll), missing a nice stone wall and ending in the opening to a farm or someone driveway. :nods: Why am i posting that here? Because I'm fine and so is the car!

Show's how much I use & look at the RUF's in the game  -
Australia have always been lucky and gotten cars that are 'Japan only' and such, UK has alot of imports though. Only cars in the UK to be officially sold with a 4AGE(to my knowledge) are the AE86 & AW11.(both the 1.6, 16V). Saying the GTi-16 made me think of the Peugeot 309 GTi16 , which is meant to be a hella of a car.

The German flag styled stripe running down the bonnet. :nods: -
There just as hard to get hold of as the skylines I said about! lol That said a AE92 Trueno is nice!(have one in kaido Racer 2) Also would be the only one in the UK i'd guess! I'd not be making the car track ready though, got the MR2 for that when it's fixed up & ready. :)

I know the feeling all too well now. Nice shots! Loving the RUF & the Livery on it! :D -
So I've narrowed down my list of cars a bit more. Subaru Legacy or Forrester. Suzuki Jimny Rover 45/ MG ZS Rover 75 Rover 25 Van. Old Merc of some kind. Suzuki Cappuccino If I save the cash a bit longer, I could hold out and get a Corolla AE86, S13 Silvia or a R30 or R31 Skyline. (both would be expensive to get hold of, but would love it). All are insurance pending as well though.

Not exactly a bad day but I realised something. I'm ageing, Sleeping all day & working all night, Out in the real world and got no chance to meet new people. But as they say, Life goes on.
