    yes, this exactly. I belive this was more of a concept by Ivory Tower (Ex-Eden) which was brought into The Crew later.

    replacing cars is literally the first thing one comes around when googling "tdu car mods tutorial". Stop using your "inability" to replace cars to push cars into platinum. Just replace the generic slots. This is the exact reson why there are there to begin with, so people add cars they want to. People replaced cars in TDU since 2008 or so, so I'm sure you can do that too. Many car mods even come with installers. So you literally dont have to do anything else than clicking a button. This is a message to everyone else too, by the way. Before requesting to add specific car mods - you have FREE SLOTS for this exact purpose - to do that yourself.

    You can just add it by yourself. I feel like with Platinum, people forgot how to install regular car mods.

    tduf is loading up the database on launch and extracting everything to json again afaik. so when you close tduf, replace all files and open tduf again the json will be overwritten as far as i know

    but when the game is focused on racing to begin with where is the point to have fuel then when its constantly turned off? Yes for cruising, but for the majority of people who will play TDU it's not something they'll do. A fraction of people actually "cruises" in forza for instance

    I like the fuel idea in TDU. The feature speeder introduced in P.Paradise was revolutionary, however after a while it felt quite monotone. Also, I felt that the fuel was burning way too fast, gas stations are very few on oahu so after a while it becaume a little annoying since you respawned 30 miles away from where you were. I think if there would be more gas stations, the fuel would last longer and would be saved in the savegame (so you dont go out of the game to reopen and you have a full tank again) would be super fun. However one should see if it is super annoying in terms of gameplay and progression (races), then it should be skipped. But for cruising its awesome. I also hope turn signals will return.

    there is no access to the Eden Vanilla cars from Xbox, your only hope is that those cars will appear as mods.

    Yeah but those are concept arts for TDU2 nor TDU3, like ryzza said. Maybe they'll stick to those as the envionment there looks very interesting
