Forum Changes

A lot of templates got changed and to be honest it's overwhelming trying to bring this or any custom style back into line with it.

I'll disable the Social Groups for now until I fix it or kill myself. lol

At least send me the thingy i keep requesting lol. You'll do it, don't worry about when, we don't mind. We're all here for the community, not what the forum looks like, as long as it's usable there's no problems, apart from people that need to complain and don't read the explanations. :mad:

Dreaded Update, The Favicon's dissapeared too, You'd Think that vB would cater for things like this, as a lot of people that use vB have custom styles too, as well as all the mods, i cant understand why they wouldnt try to help their customers with all these problems

I'm trying to tidy it up as the horizontal layout takes less space. The vertical was getting quite cluttered imo.

I don't think the custom fields and such work well enough with the horizontal layout tbh.

The reason I liked the old layout more was that all the user data was "swept aside" so that you could focus on the post. Now the user data box takes about as much space as the post itself, which I find confusing.

I like the new user info bit next to the posts, not to keen on the bigger usernames tho. Also is there a way for the xgire etc not to appear if you haven't got them like the MSN AOL ones??

I know your probably still working on it as you can't click the xbl Icons yet.

I'm working on the layout of them first before I put the code into whether they should be shown or not.

I thought as much but it does look alot cleaner and alot less cluttered than it did. will the gaming rig be making a return or is that user profile only now??
