Has anyone found an old little town in TDU? Or even if it one exists w/no modern skyscrapers etc?

 

Or maybe a place that is rundown?

 

 

there is a place right next to the pagani dealership, its a small chinese pagoda...thingy

 

pretty much, hit the backroads surrounding the dealer, its not far maybe 3km radius

 

EDIT: VERY NICE PICS BTW!! Im in awe

but do you use radial blur on JUST the rim? (not the tire)

 

also, is there any specific way to get the selection right on the rim (for the radial blur) or is it just by hand??

Most of the time. Unless the tire has any text on it, then I grab it was well.

I select it by hand w/the elliptical marquee tool. If its a bit hard for you, try using the polygonal lasso tool, or lasso tool in general. Should make it a lot easier for you.
