You need the latest version of the program called 7-Zip to extract files from .7z archives.

I tried to open it with winrar and with 7zip and in both cases it said the file is unkown format or damaged!

 

-edit: I tried:

a. right click on file - 7zip- open archive - cannot open the archive, the file is unkown format or damaged

b. right click on file - 7zip -extraxt to - TDU mods - CGT rims - error the archive cannot be opened!

It would be great if someone sent me just the rim files or in a winrar archive!

Again really awesome job on those rims dude, but the link has a problem again.
