your CPU Multiplier core 2s and core 2 quads usually have a maximum of 9 the new core i7s have high multipliers due to the fact the base bus speed is a lot lower than that of a core 2 for example my cpu has a multiplier of 8.5 and a bus speed of 472mhz yours has a multiplier of 21 and a bus speed 161mhz. so 21 x 161 = 3381. and mine 8.5 x 472 = 4012

E8400 @4.0 ghz 1.3v (its easy going to 4.5 ghz but there is no need for this today), Corsair DHX ddr2 1066 @1200mhz CL6-6-6-16 (without DHX cooling-no need), Radeon 4890 T 900/4600. Max cpu temperature noted 44C (Scythe Kama Cross/ 12cm 1300 rpm max), graphics 74C (reference cooling). All in Antec Nine Hundred Two case.

Intel Q6600 2.4 O/C'd to 3.05. I had it at 3.10 until TDU started crashing it. haha. Lowered it to 3.05 and now stable again.
