Worth getting?

I finally bought an xbox 360. I have tdu for the ps2 and im not really impressed with it:oook: How is the 360 version? Can you use a racing wheel and can you shift gears or is it all auto like ps2?

The PS2 version was really watered down unfortunately. The 360 version, like PC, does support a wheel, manual shifting, and there are actually Ferraris and bikes. Oh, and DLCs ;)

 

So yes, get it. Now. :p

One last question, the ps2 server was always down when I tried to play. Is the 360 server usually up?

Yea, it goes down from time to time but it's nearly always up.

 

Wheel support is there as mentioned but it is worth noting that on Xbox 360 you can only (so far) use Microsoft's own wheel.

plus if u get a wheel, its worth spending a bit more and buyin hardcore mode for tdu aswell, makes it more realistic.

Yer the wheel is a bit rubbish, have mine and hardly ever use it. Its worth buying and as you can get the game so cheap (in UK anyway, would assume its even cheaper where you are) its a no-brainer. Hardcore mode is worth buying but at this time I don't think the car packs are unless there is a set with cars you love in. Servers has always been up on the rare ocasions I go on the game aswell. So yer go for it.

You have to buy (H) Hardcore mode. It's 150MS Microsoft Points. :thumbsup:

Ive just brought HC mode and its good matey :) You should get the xbox version and get HC mode :)
