nice, ofcourse it wouldnt fit in the potw contest because of the photoshoping, read the rules lol ;)

 

Yes I know, but the photoshop changes I did in this photo where the saturation values, text layer, added some borders and changed up "curves" values to more brightness. No filters, no blur of any kind.

i wanna ask something,

when i take photos the tires are stopping, the picture looks like a not moving car

how can i solve this?

 

To solve that you will need a image editor like photoshop, gimp, etc.

If you already have one, to make spinning wheels use the eliptical marquee tool and select the wheel you want. Then, with the wheel previously selected go to Filter-> Blur-> Radial Blur and select the values you want.

I sugest you use the spin mode at "best" quality.
