"Member of TDU-Central"

I have a guy trying to get onto TDU-Central in order to confirm he is a member of our club. For some reason, he says he cannot go on the website and log in. Well here's the message below? Is is IP blocked or something?

He isn't banned and was online yesterday at around 4PM BST.

 

Tell him to clear his browser cache and cookies.

Today, he says he can go on at school (probably why he was on at 4), but not at home?

Sounds like either a browser or ISP issue to be honest. I mean if it was something to do with the domain or forum then more people would be affected.

IM BACK!!! I 'broke' the internet today whilst sorting out sky on my xbox 360 and after we fixed it, tduc works now so thanks for all the help guys!
