Yeah I did that, i downloaded the hud that is named CLK_55.bnk from the start, coz that is the car that I replaced in game with Tools car but still is not working...is not even changing gears....

Then you have a BTRQ error, the BTRQ file inside the BNK file can prevent a car from reaching the proper RPM.

You need to use the BTRQ file from whatever car slot you're trying to put the BMW onto.

I seen now that if I use the camera from ouside car i can see the rpm that i set in TDU PE (and the new HUD), but i wanna change the one from the inside car wich is going at 5900 max coz I'm mostly using that camera.

BTRQ file? where I can find that?

The BTRQ file is found inside the car's exterior bnk file.

Ohh so I need to open that file with a program right? Not really know how to do it coz I didn't donne it before, but if it is a must I can do it I think. Also, any ideea how to change the rpm from the inside car gauge?
