How do you get such smooth quality from a 6200?

I use the Nvidia Control Panel with all the settings maxed (But only while im taking the shots) and the same with TD:U (1400x1050, HighDetail,AA 4x). But ONLY for the shots because with that setting its REALLY unplayable, the framerate drops near to 1-2 frames per second and i need a lot of patience to do the shots -.-.

Hmm...I remembered that i took this pic the other day:

It was very strange, i was using the Photomode for the McLaren F1 session for the Joint Thread and suddenly the island dissapeared and i was taking shots in the middle of nothing, only it was water, sky and the sun. I didnt get more shots :(
