This is how to remove annoying intros

Delete all but Trailer

 

The main screen will load up faster. no more pressing enter

Good tip. An alternative is to just rename those four files. Then if you want them to work again for any reason you can give them back their original names.

 

Is there a way to eliminate the title screen, too? Or, at least, force it to use a different resolution?

I have my desktop set to 1900x1200 and the TDU game is set to the same. However, the title screen is at some lower resolution and it (I suspect) is what is occasionally causing my Windows desktop resolution to switch to a lower resolution. :mad: (Then, it's a hassle to rearrange all my desktop icons again.)

Jack, use a program like Desktop Restore to save the position of your desktop icons and restore them in two clicks when a game mucks them up.

I tried this before, but checked again and timed it, not a second faster.

Also I still have to press enter to connect.

 

(during the intros I always hammer mouse button).

i pretty sure you can force a resolution so you dont get that screen flicker at the main menu. im working on a way to skip the legal screen and fix that

Just a heads-up. The legal screen is there for a reason, however annoying. Besides, it takes maybe 2 seconds more to press the space bar 3 times when the intros load up.

At least TDU isn't as bad as NFS Shift. I can turn on my PC and load Windows quicker than that game with all its screens and unnecessary menus.
