I've started doing the exterior of the version I posted :p

 

I'm blocking out the hood right now, will take a while but maybe when I finish the exterior I'll finally take the time to learn interior modeling XP

Now getting the bonnet and light on that thing right... HARD.

Not having an excuse or anything, but i just started work on a Toyota Yaris/Echo (Accurate blueprints!!) but it won't render :S hmmmm... Ill post what i got of the mini anyway.

ahh i thought you could only use Zmoddler. If i made a car on Autodesk Inventer Professional 11 could someone put it into TDU for me?:confused:

I've tried Zmoddler and cant work it while i know how to do most things on Autodesk as I use it in school all the time

Just export out of whatever 3DStudio Max variant you're using into a format that ZModeler will accept.

There's a slight problem with exporting to .3DS with certain versions of Max, it has a tendency to break or unweld verts, which screws up smoothing groups badly.

Anything OTHER than 3DS that ZM will import.

im not using 3ds max im using inventer instead

You're still using an AutoDesk product that uses the same core 3DS exporter that Max does, which means it still has the same bugs.

What file types can Zmod import?

if you save as obj, then import to max, then export as 3ds, that can work really well...
