What is HDR, and can i run it?

Right i'm hearing about this "HDR" mod and i really wanna get it.

 

Question is, where can i get it, and will i be able to run it?

 

My Pc specs are as follows;

 

AMD Phenom 9150e Quad Core Processor 1.8GHz

4Gb DDR2 RAM

ATI Radeon 4300/4500 Series Graphics Card, 512mb i think

640gb SATA HDD

You can turn HDR on in TDU Options (Options>Video>Tick HDR). You should be able to run it, if not, you can turn it on, check, then turn it off if needs be.

if u are speaking of HDR mod, u mean ENBseries probably?

That is very gpu hunry and i think 4300/4500 will not be enough

You need a high end GPU for that. My GTX 480 used to play TDU on very high forced settings at about 80 FPS. Add the HDR 500 mod and it's down to 45 FPS.
