Problem with megapack

Hello, I`m new here so please forgive me if I posted this in the wrong place. This forum gets me a bit confused. I noticed that some mods (cars) are replacements for R34 (nissan skyline) and I know that it doesn`t come originaly in the game. So I assumed that i need the car megapack. I did download it and installed it. Now when I go into Nissans dealership I can see the Nissan R34 in the background but I still can`t buy it. Can anyone tell me what have I done wrong and how can I fix this?

You bought it and downloaded it, yes? By the way, the Skyline R34 comes with Audi RS4 in the 1.66 patch, you don't need the Megapack for it.

So to put cars in my TDU that replaces R34 I don`t need megapack? I need 1.66 patch?

He was asking to make sure you haven't got an illegal copy of the megapack.

 

As for the R34, that comes with Patch 1.66a, so you'll have to install the patch and/or the megapack (which comes with the patch)

I`m still a bit confused. So if I will install 1.66a patch it will fix my problem? Will I be able to buy R34 not just see it in the background?

You should be able to, yeah. If not, reinstall TDU with defaults (IE just the game and megapack, no mods for now)

I just did that. Reinstalled TDU and just installed the megapack. Didn`t work.

Sorry for double posting, but still can`t get the R34 to work. It is in the dealer and i can see it, but can`t buy it. It offers just the 350z. Any suggestions?

It's most probably because you have an illegal version ;).

No no got it working. Reinstalled it third time and got it working. Thanks guys. :)
